Payments

bullet Checks and cash only
bullet All invoices Net 30
bullet 1.5% after 45
bullet $30 returned checks
bullet Late hosting or domain name payments that result in account deactivation require $20 reactivation fee.
bullet Any hardware or software required for services that exceeds $250 requires 50% down payment (or can be purchased by client through a vendor)

Refunds/Credits

bullet Only given in the event Click I.T. is responsible for incomplete or incorrect work, or anything that results in negligence, mishandling, or misconfiguration that is the direct result of a Click I.T. action.
bullet Not to be given through result of uncontrollable events, including, but not limited to, client use/abuse, weather, viruses/spyware, acts of God, or anything that could change/affect a computer
bullet Credit is not refundable in the form of cash.

Refusal of Service

bullet Click I.T. has the right to refuse, or discontinue, service to anyone at anytime
bullet In the event of nonpayment or account past-due, Click I.T. will not perform any additional services until the account is made current.
bullet Click I.T. will only perform services for legally licensed hardware and software

Legal Obligations

bullet Click I.T. will not sell or support illegally licensed/procured hardware and software.
bullet Click I.T. will not perform work if it involves infringing local, state, or federal laws, including, but not limited to trademarks, copyrights, piracy, etc.
